Joseph Olusegun Caulcrick 

Segun Caulcrick’s Nigerian and international business management and leadership journey  has cut across various paths including finance, human capital development, marketing, supply chain  solutions, cultural transformation and leadership development.  

His career began as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte Associates (Akintola Williams & Co) in 1981 where he covered financial audits and management consulting. He joined United Parcel Service (UPS) in 1985. He took on successive management   and leadership responsibilities spanning over two decades as Finance Controller, Africa Business Development Manager, Europe Region Leadership School Facilitator and Country Manager Nigeria. 

Segun retired from UPS in 2008 to work as an Executive Director with Courtney Inglis Consulting. His span of work included Leadership and Management skills development; Culture Transformation and Performance Improvement.

 He is currently the Executive Director of the Foundation for Value Transformation (FVT), an NGO he co-founded in 2012. He is passionate about promoting positive values, to enhance performance of organisations and quality of life in the society, through education and engagement with leaders and key stakeholder groups. 

He is a Chartered Accountant (ACCA), Certified Leadership Talent Developer (CCL USA) Certified Trainer and Facilitator (TAP UK) and Cultural Transformation Tools (CTT) Consultant, and Chairman of the Board of H&B.



Chris Idowu 

Chris is an economist, a certified Quality Auditor and organizational development practitioner, Member of the Nigerian Marketing Association and the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (UK). 

He has over thirty-five years of rich management experience in Nigeria and abroad, and has attended various training programs and train-the-trainer workshops in Germany, United Kingdom and United States. He at various times headed the Marketing, Logistics Management, Quality Administration and Special Projects functions in various multinationals. He rose to the position of Regional Manager (northern Nigeria) before resigning in 2005 to join the Board of Zeno Logistics (UK) Inc. as Vice-President (Strategy). Chris was Chief Operating Officer of Nigerian Wire and Cable Plc from 2009 to 2011 when he joined LeadershipWealth Ltd as General Manager (Training & Strategy). He joined Hank&Brilink Ltd at inception in 2015 as Vice-President (Strategy, Training & Organizational Development)


Chris’ areas of specialization are Soft Skills Development, Total Quality Management, Change Management and Entrepreneurial Skills Development. 


Bayo Faforiji

Bayo is an economist, a specialist consultant in public finance and a seasoned administrator with over forty years’ top-level experience in business advisory, policy and strategy formulation, research, training, public sector leadership. He is a member of various professional bodies, including the Nigerian Economic Society, and is an avid golfer.
He was a senior research fellow at University of Lodz, Poland FROM 1989 TO 1990 and has authored many papers and research reports which have appeared in reputable academic journals.
Bayo joined Coopers & Lybrand Associates as Management Consultant where he led some important consultancy assignments including End-Year Cycle Evaluation of UNDP programmes, Feasibility Study on Borno State Water Development Scheme, and managing consultancy at Unique Aluminium Ltd, Ibadan.
He later went into politics and was a two-term Executive Chairman of Atakunmosa East Local Government Area in Osun State and served variously as Commissioner for Education and Works & Transport from 2003 to 2010 in the state. He was Chairman, State Coordination and Implementation Committee of SURE-P in Osun State from 2012 to 2015.


Olatunji E. Okegbola, BSc, MLS, FNLA

Olatunji is a Chartered Librarian and a Fellow of Nigerian Library Association, and member of American Library Association, International Librarians Network, Nigerian Institute of Public Relations and Nigerian Union of Journalists.

Tunji has over forty years of rich management experience in both the public and private sectors in Nigeria, having served as a librarian at the Supreme Court of Nigeria, Lagos, librarian at the Central Medical Library, Lagos, Reference Librarian at Yaba College of Technology Library, Chief Librarian at the Daily Times of Nigeria Plc, Director (Library and Research & Development) at Nigerian Compass Newspaper Limited and.  His last employer before joining HANK&BRILINK Ltd was Folio Media Group where he worked variously as Group Publishing Editor, Editor (Standards, Archives and Special Projects) and Group Deputy Managing Editor (Northern Operations and Abuja).

Olatunji is a director and Lead Consultant in Archival Services at HANK&BRILINK Ltd.
